These terms apply to services provided by Everything Exterior (ABN 85 327 076 748) in Sydney, NSW.
Quotes
Quotes are free. We give them by phone or email, based on the information and photos you provide. If the job turns out to be different from what was described, we will tell you and discuss any change to the price before doing extra work. Each quote states how long it stays valid.
Booking and payment
Jobs are booked once you accept a quote. Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice. Please pay by the due date shown on your invoice.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or change a booking. Outdoor work depends on the weather, so we may need to reschedule for safety or quality reasons. We will contact you to arrange a new time.
Access and your responsibilities
Please make sure we can reach the areas to be worked on, secure pets, and move vehicles or items that are in the way. Please tell us about anything we should know before starting, such as fragile surfaces, existing damage, irrigation or hazards. Where water or power is needed on site, we will let you know.
Existing condition of the property
Older or worn surfaces, fixtures and plants can be affected by cleaning and maintenance. We take reasonable care, but we cannot be responsible for damage that was already there or that could not reasonably have been seen before starting.
Our work
We aim to complete all work with due care and skill. If you are unhappy with anything, tell us promptly and we will work with you to make it right. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
